With Donna Eden's Energy Medicine to balance the body's energies, we can bring it home to how we really feel.  With Emotional Freedom Techniques we can safely and easily release difficult emotions.  And with the transcendent practice of Heartmath, a modern version of the Buddhist practice of Metta, or loveingkindness, we can reconnect with our original loving self.  This seminar will be a pilot study to practice these techniques together in an innovative way.

Physicists tell us that energy is the base of all physical existence.  Approaching your physical energy through balancing and energizing the subtle energy bodies is both calming and assertive to your energy.  Tai chi and chi gong are fabulous for this, but both take time and extensive training.  Donna's simpler and quicker method is easily learned, and brings similar calm and balance to the bodymind energy.  We will learn more and more of this method each week.

If strong emotions lie just under the surface, constantly threatening to break out, Emotional Freedom Technique can free them and teach them new pathways of release and calm management.  Again, this is a technique that is very simple, very effective in most cases, and can be practiced at home.  We will free and manage our dreaded emotions in a progressive way, becoming more skilled each week.

We are all filled with love but most of us have lost the way to that treasure.  We look for it from someone else, going for approval, acclaim, success, and often end up empty.  We think that we will get love and connection when we lose weight or get the right job or house or boat or something.  With the practice of Heartmath, we can begin to experience love today, and have that feeling whenever we want it.
